NOTES

The 'node' for mining pools is determined by the router, let us explain with some possible examples, assuming that the LITE licence is also a physical device, i.e. a PC:

• 1 physical device (of any type) connected to 1 router = 1 node
  
• 2 or more physical devices (of any type) connected to 1 router = 1 node, even if the devices have different API Keys
  
• 2 or N physical devices (of any type) with the same API Key, but located in different places and therefore connected to different routers = 2 or N nodes
  
• 2 or N physical devices (of any type) with the same API Key, located in the same place (same home or office) but on different telephone/internet operator lines and therefore connected to different routers = 2 or N nodes (infrequent but possible situation)
  
• 1 person activating a LITE licence and placing other LITE licences (same API Key) on other devices at the home of N relatives/friends = N nodes. The number of routers counts towards the target of 10 in step 3 even if the devices have the same API Key.
  
• For those who have already reported one or more people and wish to compete for the 10 nodes target, the promotion is retroactive, i.e. reports prior to 16 October will be counted. It will be the responsibility of Dealers/Distributors to monitor the situation.
  
• Please note that in order to check the connection status in Hashburst, for those who already have an MCM or Thunderbolt device and install a LITE licence or vice versa, a different email must be communicated to which a different API Key will be uniquely associated, because otherwise it becomes technically impossible to monitor the connection status of the LITE licence.
